Homeowner’s insurance is a somewhat complex concept, that is why we will show you step by step how we can help. Please read the following steps on how Dream Restorations works and helps each homeowner in restoring their most valuable investments, your home.
Step 1. We open your claim and await inspection, once inspection is scheduled by your insurance company, our inspector will meet with the insurance’s inspector and mutually look at your home and agree on the damages caused by the storm and the total replacement cost.
Step 2. The insurance will send an estimate as well as a check to get the work started.
Step 3. While we wait for all decisions to be made as well as for the check to arrive, we will provide you with material samples and the color and style will be chosen. At this time, we will also assign a project manager, any questions you have can be directed towards them.
Step 4. Dream Restorations will be responsible to pull all necessary permits, establish a start date for the work, and make any preparations needed.
Step 5. Material Is ordered and delivered right to your home.
Step 6. Our project manager will visit the site on the day of the job to ensure everything is being done correctly and up to code.
Step 7. Once job is completed, our team will do a final inspection and arrange for any necessary inspections whether that be village, insurance, or mortgage inspections.
Step 8. Lastly Dream Restorations will provide you with material warranties as well as a labor guarantee.
